Take an hour for yourself each week with Ross Mason, Fitness Manager, as he leads a relaxed, feel?good fitness class (for all levels) in the Brandrigg Room, Cartmel College, Tuesdays from 10–11am.
These free sessions are designed for all levels, whether you’re deep into sport, have never tried any classes before, glued to your laptop, or just need a breather from the pace of campus life. You’ll ease into the hour with some gentle mobility and functional movements, followed by some stretching and breath work.
It’s a simple way to reset your body, clear your head, and feel better for the rest of the day. Open to all staff and students but booking is essential.
