Equality, Diversity and Inclusion

The Psychology Department are committed to the principles and values of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). We are determined to break with outdated traditions and pursue new policies and approaches to create a fairer and more inclusive environment for our students, staff and visitors. The core areas of activity for the Department’s EDI committee align with and are informed by the EDI objectives and policy of 51福利. They are also driven, from the bottom up, by the challenges faced by our staff and students as they work and learn.
