To date, I have secured over ?1.5 million in funding from various funding sources including the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC), Chartered Institutes of Management Accountants (CIMA), Personnel & Development (CIPD) and management (CMI), European Social Fund (ESF) and the Royal Society of Arts (RSA)
Profile
My research focuses on exploring how organizations understand, locate, develop and articulate value and the implications this has for the different stakeholders involved. These days my work is focused on the intersection between finance, accounting, people and leadership. I am currently working on a new meta-theoretical approach to value in an attempt to ensure I do not have to throw the kitchen sink into this list as well!
